If you truly wonder what goes on in our school, here is the blog for you. My school, well, it is Riverton Middle School. People may ask how the school can be so great, so let me explain! This school is an amazing school full of great people with an awesome staff preparing their students for the future! The teachers are all up to date with teaching and grading their classwork. The children, well, there are some kids who are rude, but mostly they are kind, generous, and very loyal to their friends. There is absolutely no drama and we have a great day on Wednesday, because school starts an hour later.
To me, this school can’t get any better! We may get homework every night, but it is acceptable. This is a school that gets us ready for college! We have plenty of time during class to learn and be able to understand the assignments and sometimes be able to turn it in. No cell phones are allowed, but that is for a good purpose! Nobody wants a phone going off during class while you are trying to learn. Our library is a perfect place for silence and we have a large number of books available! People may complain about the dress code, but it is to keep us safe from other's eyes and our employment will have a dress code, so we are just getting ready for that.
All the classes are amazing and are all kinds of different topics. Reading is great when you want to learn about your vocabulary and your reading skills. PE and Strength and Conditioning are to help you build up your muscles and help you be able to live longer. Social Studies is there for you to be able to learn about history, like Ancient Mesopotamia, Egypt, India, and all other Ancient places. Wood Shop and Art are places where you can let your creativity go! Colors and shapes will flow to and fro! Computer Applications is where you will learn technology and do projects that help you be able to learn all about, well, technology, computers, and real life careers. Math is where all the knowledge is; Numbers, equations, exponents that will be able to help you understand measurement! Lastly, Science! This is where you will use all kinds of chemicals to understand about energy, how time works, and what the meaning of life is, along with all kinds of other questions scientists are able to exampine and explain.
