THANK YOU Veterans

I really want to say thank you to all the men and women that have served this country. I’m so thankful for Veterans that have protected my family and friends by their service. Veterans like you have made this country what it is today. Veterans are so brave and strong. They can accomplish anything. I don’t know a lot of people today that would put their life on the line for someone else.

The war is sad because of all the deaths. I feel so sorry for all the families that have lost a loved one or a very close friend. Not everyone can be brave enough to join the military or allow their son or daughter to join. I have few family members that have been in the army. My uncle Kenny Ray, and my other cousin Dustin. I don't know what they were in the Army, but I know they saw some action in the Army. I will always remember when Dustin would leave for training and Evan and I would pretend to be Veterans and have nerf gun wars. We shot his little brother and they got mad at us. Then when Dustin got back, we would ask him all about it and he would always bring his family back stuff from where he traveled.

Everyone has a hero whether it is superman or batman. Well, Veterans are my heroes. Veterans can be anyone, a grown man or woman. A lot of them are only teenagers. You can be 18 years of age or older to sign up for the military. If your dream is to the join the military, then follow it. It's a huge honor to see Veterans anywhere. Veteran’s Day is one of the most important holidays, because we get to celebrate all the people that have given their life to the service for this amazing country. They have truly fought for our freedoms.
